What we call our “Recreational Property” is all located at about 5500 feet in the Music Mountains. Part of this property is located adjacent to the Hualapai Indian Reservation in the Hualapai Highlands and some atop the Grand Wash Cliffs that overlooks Lake Mead. In additional to the beautiful views of the lake, you can also see the West Rim of the Grand Canyon from several locations. This is a great place to ride an ATV, hike, hunt, photograph, explore, or simply relax. The air is clean and cool (a bit warmer during the summer) and at night the stars are so bright its like being on the inside of a black bowl with a million lights turned on.
This property is located in Northwestern Arizona about 45 miles from the Mohave County Seat, Kingman and about 65 miles from Nevada. The towns of Dolan Springs, Lake Mead City and Mead View a all within easy driving distance.
