Over 100 one-acre Lake Mead Ranchos II lots are owned by ShadowLand Enterprises, Inc. They are located in Mohave County Arizona about eight miles from Lake Mead. With the Hoover Dam Bypass now complete for several years, these lots are just about an hours driving time from Nevada. From Kingman, Arizona (the Mohave County Seat), Lake Mead Ranchos II is a bit over 30 miles.
We have recently combined most of the lots in this subdivision into a single parcel. While individual lots can still be sold, they would need to be specifically selected by the buyer and then we would do an un-combine through Mohave County. There are still a few single lots that are available, including one on Spring Drive, and a few two acre parcels as well.
