ShadowLand Ranch Arizona

ShadowLand Ranch is made up of six 40 (+/-) acre parcels.  Four border each other in a single 160-acre configuration and two are corner connected as shown in this overhead photo.  The two corner connected 40s are further subdivided into smaller parcels as shown in these plat maps.

This property is located in Mohave County Arizona about 30 miles from Kingman, Arizona and an hour from Boulder City, Nevada.  The new Black Canyon Bridge that allows travelers to bypass the Hoover Dam has made the trip from Nevada much shorter.  When the construction is complete on US93 south of the bridge and the Mardian Parkway is finished, another 20 minutes will be trimmed from the travel time.
