Over 100 one-acre Lake Mead Ranchos II lots are owned by ShadowLand Enterprises. They are located in Mohave County Arizona about eight miles from Lake Mead. With the Hoover Dam Bypass now complete and the Mardian Parkway under construction, these lots will be about 40 minutes driving time from Nevada. From Kingman, Arizona (the Mohave County Seat), Lake Mead Ranchos II is a bit over 30 miles.
We are now offering these one-acre lots for sale. Dry lots in the Gold Basin Area, where this subdivision is located, sell for about $15K per acre. One acre lots with water (if you can find them) start at about $30K. We will also entertain selling all of the ShadowLand Enterprises land holdings and liens as a package. All of our lots have access to water through the Hualapai Water Company and power through the UniSouce grid. All lots have been perk tested and are ready for building. This subdivision is located in northwestern Arizona about halfway beween Dolan Springs and Mead View, just a couple of miles off of Pierce Ferry Road.
